Monitor IT

Stay in the know with our Monitor IT plan. We will actively monitor your critical IT systems—from servers and email, Mac or PC, WAN’s to SAN’s—you name it, we’ll keep tabs on it and actively alert you using various methods to ensure the message gets through to you. So, if the server ever goes down, you’ll be the first to know. And, if you choose, we can help you resolve the issue, making it a priority to get you back up and running.

Hourly IT

Is your computer broken? Yes, we can fix it. Whether the laptop crashed, a server crashed, the boss got a new smart phone, you need to install upgrades, or you need help with an IT project, you have come to the right place. Our hourly services are a great way to help you tackle a variety of different tasks and we even offer discounts if you prepay for your time in 10 hour blocks. We strive to be open and honest with our clients, which is why we advertise our rates on our website. FAQ
When can I use the Pre-Paid bulk discount hours?

The pre-paid hours can be used Monday through Friday during normal business hours, on a pre-scheduled basis, for onsite support or normal remote support call. All emergency requests in which we need to reschedule other clients will be subject to the Emergency Rate listed in our price schedule.

If the word “daunting” comes to mind when you think of your IT projects, Manage Infinity is your solution. Our professional staff will go through a five-step process to executing your IT project so you can sit back and not worry about that painful task ahead.

Our Five-step Project Process is summarized down into the following:

  1. Listen, Survey, Scope and Plan

    During this phase, we will meet with you to discuss your intentions for the project. Then we send a tech onsite to ensure we have all of the details regarding your network that are necessary for the project to be accomplished. We will also meet with you during this phase to let you know what the results are of the survey and answer any questions you have, make recommendations, go over our execution plan and schedule the work.

  2. Project Preparation

    While in this phase, we will start the necessary work to be accomplished before we start the main phase of the project. This can include downloading software, prepping existing equipment, and ordering any hardware necessary for the project.

  3. Main Project 

    This is the “Get it done” phase. We use this phase to execute our plan of action.

  4. Post project support

    After the heavy lifting is done, we always have a tech or a few techs onsite to complete support for everyone and ensure that the project went smoothly, and to straighten out any issue that requires attention.

  5. Post Project Follow up

    A courtesy call is always a nice way to end a project. We like to gather information from the clients’ perspective on the project, in an effort to continuously improve our services.
